  • What is the minimum stay requirement?

    This property requires a minimum stay of 30 nights, making it an ideal choice for snowbirds, extended family vacations, and remote workers looking for a longer Florida base.

  • How much does it cost to stay?

    Nightly rates range from $225 to $275 depending on the season, with monthly rates ranging from $6,750 to $8,250. A $200 cleaning fee and a $500 refundable security deposit apply to every reservation. A 13% tax rate is also included.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made more than 120 days before check-in. Cancellations between 45 and 120 days prior receive a 50% refund. No refund is issued for cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date.

  • Are pets allowed?

    No, this is a pet-free property. Guests are also asked to observe the non-smoking policy throughout the home and on the property.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

What do I need to bring for my stay? 
Very little! The home comes fully stocked with bed linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the kitchen essentials you need. Michael also provides shark-tooth hunting tools in the garage. Simply pack your clothes, personal toiletry items, and your sense of adventure.

Is there parking available at the property? 
Yes, the property includes an attached garage with space for one vehicle, plus additional driveway parking. The garage also provides convenient storage for beach gear, bicycles, and any equipment you pick up during your stay.
